Meet Chef

Chef Adam has been cooking for 20 years. A classically trained French Chef, Adam graduated from The New England Culinary Institute (NECI), before cutting his teeth at The Wauwinet, a Relais & Châteaux awarded resort on Nantucket. Chef has worked at some of Boston’s best restaurants, including Artistry on The Green (another Relais & Châteaux) and Troquet on South. After moving to Durham, NC in 2018, Chef Adam took over as Chef at Piedmont, a farm to table restaurant in Downtown Durham, before joining as Sous Chef at Il Palio, a fine dining Italian Restaurant in Chapel Hill. Chef also launched the culinary program at The Wine Feed Durham.

Chef Adam enjoys cooking a variety of styles of foods from around the world. His favorites include Italian, French, Asian, Mexican, and Southern American.

When he is not in the kitchen, Chef Adam loves foraging for mushrooms in the woods, reading graphic novels, and spending time with his wife and daughter in and around Durham.
